I cannot believe I waited so long to read this book!! Ohh, the amazing writing I was missing...beyond believable. This book is totally indescribable. The only real way to understand it is to actually read it. The story line is crazy and mysterious; it has characteristics of a thriller, coming of age, revenge, rape, love....so many different approaches!!
And the characters...the are true genius. Especially the main female character, so hard to understand and yet to easy to like. And the crazy Vanger family! Dear me, I do not think I have ever come across such imagination (I do hope it is not based on some form of reality). I am interested in watching the film, but slightly scared at the same time. I obviously will though. I am also very excited about the next two books...I wonder what the author will come up with next!
